警示樁鋼模具材質(zhì)：鋼模具。

警示樁鋼模具選用3mm厚鋼板加筋板焊接成型，耐用不變形，模具可周轉(zhuǎn)使用五年以上，鋼模具可以拆卸，生產(chǎn)效率高；
警示樁鋼模具常用尺寸：80*10*10cm、100*10*10cm、100*15*15cm、100*12*12cm、120*12*12cm、120*15*15cm、140*15*15cm、150*15*15cm等。

警示樁鋼模具操作方法：首先在警示樁模具內(nèi)噴一層機(jī)油，將攪拌好的混凝土放入警示樁模具中，振動(dòng)棒振動(dòng)，等混凝土初期凝固后拆模。
