水泥檢查井鋼具鋼系列：污水井模具、雨水井模具、檢測(cè)井模具、電力井模具、集水井模具、沉泥井模具等。

水泥檢查井鋼模具常用規(guī)格：

內(nèi)徑70cm、外徑90cm

內(nèi)徑100cm、外徑120cm

內(nèi)徑120cm、外徑140cm

內(nèi)徑125cm、外徑165cm

內(nèi)徑150cm、外徑190cm

水泥檢查井鋼模具由外模、內(nèi)模、井口模具、井蓋模具、底座模具、連接孔組合而成。

水泥檢查井鋼模具材質(zhì)：主板4mm、肋筋6mm。

水泥檢查井鋼模具使用方法：首先將井體鋼模具內(nèi)腔噴一層機(jī)油，為了脫模方便，在內(nèi)外模中間放入鋼筋網(wǎng)，然后將攪拌好的混凝土注入模具中，振動(dòng)棒振搗，等混凝土初期凝固便可拆模，約24小時(shí)左右。
